I've just come across your Chanel and I've been finding it very very useful and interesting. I've been meditating for a few months now and for me it has made me far more aware. I've struggled with anxiety and struggled with my mind all my life but these last few months, with meditation, awareness, I'm really starting to see the benefits. I've realised that I've had a attachment issue but never realised why I felt like I do. Your Chanel, is extremely interesting thankyou. I start my level 2 as a counsellor this Easter time 🙂. A long journey ahead but I'm looking forward to it at the age of 54 😊. Thanks again.

5 minutes did go fast for me , I felt tension in my lower back , anxious feeling in my chest and heaviness in the head .

I found it not too long but almost. I focused on my breathing and after I closed my eyes a listened to you say to know now everything is good. I then gave myself a hug and felt acceptance for myself and a sense of relinquishing striving.

I've done the meditation in the past, but this one, I found that if I kept thinking "breath" or "my breath", it kept my my mind listening and feeling my breath. It's pretty good for me being severely ADHD. Since focus is a real challenge for me.

I've been practicing Zazen for almost 5 years and love my daily meditations. Before that I practiced guided meditation, usually focused on an ancient text or koan. Rarely do I miss a day. Keep up the great work, Barbara!

I found this video very helpful, I really enjoy your simple and realistic explanations. Thank you! Kids were playing garden cricket next door while I was listening to your video. This is something I used to do, and while it was difficult to stop my mind feeling nostalgic and wondering off, childhood memories seemed to remind me of my presence in the world.

I am absolutely aware of the nature of my case, but things in our lives either deny or allow the rules of exceptions . Mum was most correct. Her family was what we call humane.

When you hit first the gong, i feel the pain right in my head. and the second two hit i do not feel anything but when the meditation stop. the pain in my head back again.

You can use an app or just the timer on your phone. No need for a gong!

I was treated successfully from my NDE birth . CP in my case means the disability to walk independently. It has no effect on me as an intelligent person. The crime of an illegal , coerced thereafter does take a serious effect / inure. I feel weak in my head n most of the time , my libido is unclear. Male . The only plausible / feasible cure is a safe reversal of the coils that hurt in my lower back. Humanity needs to be seen in its context. I became a mum that cured my eating habits , n those , who really knew me before , warmly welcomed my baby. Evi has recently made me a grandmother to her lovely little baby -girl. Against the background of my ex relationship , he is jealous. My family , since the death of mum, has wanted me dead . I'm with bad ppl. Some never learn . My family hates my luck . I am not bad . Thank you. I do wish out to safety, away from here.
