I have gone through years of sexual trauma as a child and this was my only escape from being mentally trapped in a jail cell, this meditation freed my mind from negative thoughts and essentially saved my life, I come back here all of the time. Thank you.

@@TheHonestGuys great stuff..The voice sounds so relaxed and earnest , and the music is non intrusive. Is it possible to get a 40-45 minutes clip? 20 minutes is sometimes less for me as I take a bit of time to focus and get in the groove. Thanks for everything

I use this particular meditation about 2 to 3 times a day (especially at work). It has changed my life with the way I cope. it's much better to have a favourite go to meditation than a cup of coffee. I find I sleep better the more I meditate. thank you so much from south Africa 🌍 🧘‍♀️

I agree. I do it daily for over 1 year now. It's a gem. I do it first thing in the morning, b4 kids are up. I Can't remember the last time I had a bad morning now !:) Thank you so much for this amazing resource, it really is life changing ❤️

I listen to this every morning on my way to work in the back of a cab. My focus and concentration has grown so much. This is my 2nd year on this. Like this better than the 10mims. Mind clarity. Thinking is an addiction. BE.

Thank you for all of your videos, I've been using them for years to help with sleep and anxiety. I'd love one that I could listen to while working at the computer, with a few prompts every few minutes to relax and let go of stress (rather than just one of your long music/sound videos). Something that I don't have to pay too much attention to but still relaxes me.

Meditation takes you to the place in between being consciously awake and sleep. It's in this in between where our messages and insight come from. Also visions and downloads. Lol!!! This is soooo cool. I just realized this while doing this meditation. Thank you kind giving soul for making this!!😄😄😄

Well mindfulness is very simple. You can be mindful walking, or doing chores, or anything. It’s juts being in the ‘moment’ :)

I feel elevated. I was so into the meditation, time stood still, my heart was beating loudly in my ears, my thoughts stood still, I saw a white light and was so relaxed. And then bam! His voice woke me up in the end and my eyelids flew open, my heart exploded! Lol. Nevertheless, thank you, you beautiful souls for this gift. I love you 💕

I’ve read that 6-8 weeks of daily meditation for about 20-30 minutes promotes neurogenesis, activity in the parietal lobe and helps with emotional regulation. Meditation reduces the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Has anyone noticed improvements in themselves?

Good morning, just finished meditation with this one I feel much better I tried not to strain with the breathing technique bcuz it feels that way sometimes. I'm sure in time I'll get better, but it does work it just feel like I'm not doing it right bcuz the thoughts still come even during me meditating.

Personally I prefer the 10 minute version, but this one is also great. I'd like to thank you for these amazing video's! I absolutely love them, they help me to stay focussed, a bit more at peace and also help me to stay in reality. Been going through a lot lately to put it mildly and your meditation video's were an imense help! So again, thank you!
