Fun fact: This game was the first one developed by A2M (Artificial Mind and Movement). They later re-branded to Behaviour Interactive (which was probably for the best). If that name sounds familiar, it's because they were also the developers of the multiplayer survival-horror game, Dead by Daylight.

I remember this game being hard af as a kid. Random flies try to kill you, kids try to kill you, cops try to kill you, random traps try to kill you. Kinda merciless game tbh.

@@andreyxp97g The dubbing of the movie is i'm sure what makes it way better, kinda like Shrek, where the voice actors just have a lot more fun putting in/ad-libbing the dialog with dumb regional-specific references

The Jim Carrey Grinch movie is really an underrated gem. Aside from the Whos' faces the whole thing is just dripping with style and whimsy, and there are tons of oddly adult jokes. Grinch is conceived at a freaking _swingers party_

This was the first game I ever played as a child. I can still remember everything from the game. The atmosphere of the game was my favourite, I thought it was always a half scarier game, but now that I think about it, it was probably just the graphics haha.

It is. It is one of those rare PS1 games in which the platforming and level design works so tight that the old graphics really do not matter that much. Gameplay is suuuuper fun.

As a kid I couldn't make it out that second level, o did everything there until it was where o had to pole swing to get the gear or whatever and it was just impossible. I could never save past that point I'd have to start over everytime I turned my dream cast off.

I recently got a Dreamcast console, which was around the same time as PlayStation. It only had 400 games and one of them was the grinch. I was planning to get it when I could find it a bit cheaper so great to see you lads playing it

Dude, Jim Carrey's Grinch is my CHILDHOOD, and I vaguely remember seeing the game trailer in the special features section of our DVD when I was like, 7. I remember finding the clips TERRIFYING, and I am SO GLAD I didn't just hallucinate it.

I played this game as a kid on the PS1, and I still remember making it to the final sleigh ride where you have to steal the presents that Santa drops then shoot down his sleigh.

I will forever remember this game. When I was a kid i tried to play through it so many times, but it would ALWAYS freeze at the SAME cutscene halfway through the game never allowing me to progress 😂

Yes, it is normal for post offices to be deadly guantlets requiring hawklike perception and mousey stealth, just so you can tell them they've made an error, because a relative that lived at the same house as you, thus having the same address, moved and had the post office withold their packages, but the post office made the clerical error of witholding ALL packages labeled to go to that address. And even after nearly dying several times getting to their desk to have them fix their error, you still have to come back because they have done absolutely nothing, and will not pick up the phone.
