Random note, I did Bret’s program for almost a year, and although it was great, I still prefer maps programs. Bret’s programming does a mix of rep ranges at all times, whereas maps programs cycles them. I find it’s easier to avoid plateaus with maps programming.

You guys give the best advice. I'm one month away from starting my cut and I will apply this suggestion to change my programming. Specifically bc of the reasons they said, bc I always end up feeling so weak that I kind of panic when I am dieting. All the reasons for being a little weaker during a cut are reassuring to hear. I'm getting my mind right for this cut! Thank you guys.
