I Just saw this video and I had posted a question in another video about multiple GMBs and I was going to ask you about GMBs that didn't have a website and still ranked in the 3 pack but I think you answered all my questions with this video!! So thanks for the great input and valuable info!!

This method will work in short term until Google suspends the listing because it is not a real business in the real world and it is spammy listing..I have seen it happen many times unfortunately

What most here don't realize is, Google is reading all these comments, reading your email, tracking your every movement; whether you have a Google account or not. They know all these tricks. The fact they don't shut it down shows you how much they care also.

So, do you have to get a GMB for the main city and every suburb around it???

I gave a thumbs up for some great info. BUT this keyword use in the name is against Google's terms of service. Or Black hat SEO. It will put the owner of the business in Google's sandbox. I would never recommend tactics like this for my clients. I've been watching your channel for a while. You put out great content. So I was surprised to see this video. There is always a fine line and life is not always black and white. If you let your clients know this would work for about 6 months you can do these things get x number of leads and customers that generate revenue that more than covers the costs. But you should be transparent to the client.

I have a Google My business account for my company and in the same account i have added my clients listings is this againt recommandations of Google?

10 minutes in and he starts suggesting methods to get your listing suspended or deleted. DO NOT listen to this!!!!!!!! These are not suggestions for best practices! Google specifically states AGAINST these type of practices. They are cracking down on fake/inconsistent listings. DO NOT BUY LISTINGS YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I would not use this tactic for a business that is my bread and butter. Eventually Google will catch up with you and suspend you for a long time. This tactic might be better for a side gig.
