너무 감동적입니다. 스토리, 구성, 음악, 예술성까지요. 만약 영화라면 주연배우상, 감독상, 작품상 이 모든 상들을 주고 싶습니다. 그렇지만 이 하나의 영상이 나오기까지의 시간, 정성, 그 과정 모두가 쉽지만은 않을 겁니다. 오늘 청양 라이딩을 보면서 받은 감동을 간직하며 앞으로도 민댕님의 구독자로 아낌없는 응원을 보냅니다.👍

Hola linda Mindy buena trepada o subida siempre con ese lindo paisaje así siempre son las autopistas de tu país sin ningún tráfico vehicular si es así que lindo porque aquí en mi país siempre hay vehículos por todas partes pero así entreno con mi Trek bueno me despido con muchos saludos buena ruta bendiciones

Great video, sunny day! Be careful riding with headphones on. Full awareness is best. MTB cleats are great for walking, much more comfortable. Shout out to your cameraman, must be hard riding steep hills and doing great shots.

These are bone conduction earphones called Aftersharks. So I can hear the outside sound well. It's safe. The camera director is tired because the camera equipment is heavy😅

경사도 16도만 3번 와~ 역시 청양 ㅋㅋㅋ 처음부터 핸들을 꽉 잡을 정도로 경사도 죽입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 벚꽃이 다져 아쉽지만 벚꽃 라이딩 명소임은 분명하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 바람막이를 벗게하는 나선형도로의 아름다움과 경사도에 감탄이 절로! 터널은 200m라 신속하게 빠져나올 수가 있어서 다행입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 차조심에 이여 개조심까지 해야 하다니 정말 ㅋㅋㅋ 오늘 첫끼의 필살기가 육포? 고기맛에 진심이 느껴집니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 또 클릿이 손이 가게 하네요! 암튼 천장호 가는 길은 감독님도 죽게하는 맛이지만 가장큰 조형고추와 구기자, 흔들다리 주변광경은 최고! 햇살도 내리막도 정말 끝내 주네요 ㅋㅋㅋ새소리에 간식 먹는 모습은 정감있어 좋습니다 그래도 물병은 대용량이 최고라는 점 ㅋㅋㅋ자꾸 서게 만드는 칠갑 저수지의 매력! 아 여름에도 바람막이가 필요한지 알았습니다 비오면 저체온증...그렇네요 ㅋㅋㅋ바닥공사로 가는 길이 고행길! 민댕님의 끌바를 여기서 보게 되네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 저수지에서 두레기길은 평지고 짧게 끝나 다행! 앤듀런스 깨알자랑도 듣게 되네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 암튼 공기도 물도 산도 코스도 맵도록 아름다운 청양이였습니다! 단지 편의점이 없어서 아쉬웠지만... ㅋㅋㅋ 민댕님 감독님 수고많으셨습니다^^

I have been using these pedals for over 20 years. I also fitted these to my new gravel bike. If it is convenient for you, use it! Don't worry about the opinions of others! It is much better to walk in an SPD shoe! 😉👍 Safe ride! 🙏
