I love that you just left the timelapse as it is, no panning out camera shots following the minecraft player, no intense music to keep people's attention. Just calming sounds. What made minecraft great is that you didn't have to make everything perfect, you didn't have to min/max everything. And these videos bring that back.

So many Minecraft videos now are purely about reaching some crazy big goal, and way less about just enjoying the game. This is my new comfort channel :)

Hey -- I remember playing minecraft in something like Beta 1.4 (back in 2016, not 2011) and I had a house that had a slime chunk, and somehow the slimes ended up coming up to the surface. At one point I had a video of it, but your series made me remember that.

you should run a minecart rail that runs through the cool parts of the cave

i think you can use wood around lava if you use wooden slabs. if i'm remembering correctly they were working exactly like stone slabs so they aren't flammable
