7:45 Coz you jumped because end crystals do more dmg when you jump or is higher in the air. its because last time you used a stronger blast resistance block like cobblestone not wood and the air one surrounding it doesn't have enough block to negate and spread out the impact of the blast

Bionic the way the crystal damadged you is because if the crystal is at your feet it one shoots you in full protection4 diamond and if the crystal is not at your feet you will take less damadge look it up crystal pvp. Hope this helps Bonc
