In this Relaxing Minecraft Longplay we build a cute mushroom cottage in the dark forest. The small mushroom house is made out of resources we collect in and around the forest.

Hey, i just wanted to thank you a lot of those videos. I’m watching them after having a panic attack when I’m still very shaken up or when I’m having very bad anxiety moments and it’s helping me so so much. I just had a bad nocturne panic attack and wasn’t able to fall back asleep so i spent the end of my night watching your videos to calm down. I found a gold pickaxe with silk touch + gold chest plate with mending + 4 gold ingots in the village nearest to my spawn point. Mixed with wheat and eggs of all things. I guess you never know what you gonna find when it comes to minecraft.

Haha I had to put it there with the help of editing magic, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to gather the mushroom blocks 😭 I figured I would throw it in one of the villager chests instead of you all just watching me type in a command to enchant my pickaxe. Wanted to make it more interesting!

hi infinite drift i have a problem i kinda hate: ~dark oak forest ~swamp ~birch forest ~and mega taiga ~dont forget desert i think you dont mind when you spawn can you give me tips to kinda love every biome? :D

haha it can be tricky to build in a biome you’re not fond of! i think the best thing to do is challenge yourself to find ways to use the blocks around you to build a house that fits with the theme of the biome! like the dark forest has a bit of a fairy tale vibe so i leaned into that with the mushroom roof and style of build. not gonna lie, it was hard for me to walk past a spruce forest and not chop a single tree haha. but i ended up having ton of fun building in a biome i don’t build in because of that!

Please tell us your PC specs and shader presets, I have the same shader installed and my Minecraft is laggy ;____;

My specs are: Ryzen 5 5600x Gtx 1070 16gb ram 500gb ssd for startup And most of my filming and editing is done on a separate ssd! For shader presets I think I turned some things down to fast instead of fancy Turned off desaturation and bloom And the big thing that helped with lag was I turned my render distance down to 11 chunks, but you can always try to go down even further. Hope this helps!
