I started on the 360 version. I remember how much hype there was surrounding the 1.8 update with the hunger bar. Still the biggest update imo.

I played pocket edition back when zombies could dig tunnels and the og stonecutter was a thing.

I started playing somewhere around 1.11 - 1.12 on mobile, I later got a PS3 with a disc for 1.13 (the last version available for the PS3). Later, my friend got me a new disk in hopes that it would be the new version (his mom bought it) and the disc turned out to be a very old version, I think 1.2.4 because it was the first version on the PS3. I still play the game to this day and I share a world with the friend I previously mentioned that is just over 2 years old and hit 10,000 ingame days last weekend. (There are a lot of weird world gen bugs dew to it being created in version 1.17).

I've been playing Minecraft for 15 years and I love how much it has changed I remember playing on my grandma's iPad I would always make a hot tub then I started playing on a Toshiba which are so bad I got so excited when it would hit 20fps now I play on a PlayStation and I look back on it and remember all that I did and all the fun I had

Minecraft Xbox 360 edition was the best in the past especially the tutorial map was soooo good i wish we could have it on pc it was also my first time playing it on xbox 360.

I'm not entirely sure when I started playing minecraft, but it has to have been around 2013 - 2014, when a friend first showed it to me. I remember very clearly, the first thing I tried building was a looping, using rails. :,) Good times.

1.13, I got my iPad late 2018. 1.14 was so hype! April 23rd 2019 was the release date AND was my 9th birthday

My first Minecraft Version was a random PE version, then i got the Xbox 360 version. In late 2020 i got the Ps4 version followed by the Bedrock Edition (1.16)

Personally for me, I started my early Minecraft journey back in 2011 on the Java version, which at the time was 1.0.0. But then after I started noticing how laggy the game was on that version, I switched to playing on the Xbox 360 version back in 2012. And then from there history for me was made. I got into the Minecraft community into early 2013, and then from there, I was just straight up addicted to Minecraft and the KZfaqrs I was watching at the time. Even during 2016 and 2017, which was Minecraft's lowest point in it's history for some players. For me, I just continued to play Minecraft on the Xbox 360 without any care in the world (until 2018 when Xbox 360 was discontinued). Even if it was a kids game, that didn't mattered. What mattered was me having fun and nothing else. So here we are now. Were in 2024 and I'm still playing Minecraft well I'm on Bedrock. This game to me, is like an old friend. A friend that continues to play role in your life, even when you don't know it. And I'm happy about it! I have made so much great memories with this game. And I'm excited to see where it goes in another 15 years. Because after all, Mojang's goal with Minecraft as a game, is to make this game last for 100 years. And that to me, is so amazing. No matter how many controversies or dramas this community has faced in it's history, that in it's itself well never take away from how special and loveable this game is. The memories and good times we have well never go away in the future. And that to me, is why Minecraft is special from any other video game in the industry. This game is alongside the greats in this industry as making a legacy! Mario, Sonic, Pacman and finally, the Creeper. A Jehovah's witness gifted me and my brother an xbox 360 and the Minecraft disc for it. 2 controllers, we played lots of splitscreen. I loved the tutorial world.
