The shall in fact remove all hostile mobs, cave sounds and scary disk records because they usually terrify players and terrifying players is not usually nice and might as well cause players mental sickness. They might also need to remove the health bar so players don't get hurt, and almost forgot to mention that they must remove weapons so that players don't slaughter animals because neither of these things are usually nice.

They need to remove the ability to punch trees, because that's deforestation, and deforestation is usually not very nice.

They need to remove the ability to place and remove blocks because someone could get stuck somewhere and being stuck is not usually very nice.

They should also remove the ability to grab everything you find in a village because that's stealing and stealing is usually not very nice

In order to not scare the player, all mobs and textures should be removed, and also make it a plain world so that the player won't get scared by accidentally falling, remove the chat because you son't know how someone might bypass the filter, and while you're at it just make the game a gray screen (people might not support white screens and be scared that their pc stopped working if it's a black one) and you're done!
