Yeah but fire still spreads to them which can get annoying at times. Which is why he turned off fire spreads, because the wood can still burn which would be way to big of a fire.

Idea for Soulsand Valley: Make the Bastion biome but with soulsand and soulsoil and also use banners like the nether portal but instead of black surrounding it it's white and the middle is black or red as fossils, and you can put these beside each other, and out end rods in the invisible's frames as skeletons!

A few tips (not hate just giving ideas I did) instead of lava use shroom lights, it looks like bubling lava if u don't want to turn of fire tic. Also to stop the mushrooms from growing just put string on top
