God apples give fire resistance for 8 minutes minimum as much as I know he doesn't need fire protection because then he can't get protection and he has multiple god apples

Pro tip: placing banners and skulls in a wall drops a different item than when you place it on the ground It might also work with a couple other blocks, though I'm not sure which ones
