Mini Apple pies
For those of you, who like recipes with homemade dough, we present you a special recipe for mini apple pies with a perfect filling and of course it goes perfectly with our coffee.

RECIPE:
Ingredients
For the Dough
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 spoon of sugar
200 ml of milk
100 ml of seed oil
1 egg
2 spoons of sugar
500 g of wheat flour
For the filling
4 apples
4 spoons of brown sugar
50 ml cognac
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Egg yolk
Method
We start by making the dough. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Then, add the oil, the egg and mix.
Put the 2 spoons of sugar, about half of the flour and work. Then, incorporate the rest of the flour to make a dough.
We put our dough in an oiled container, cover it and let it rise for 45 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling from the apple pies. Clean and cut the apples into pieces. Put them in a non-stick pan with the sugar and let them lose their liquid.
Then, add the cognac and cinnamon and leave them in the eye until all the liquids are gone.
When the dough is ready, shape it slightly and divide it into balls, which we open into sheets and cut crosswise (see the video below).
Put some of the cold filling in the center and roll the dough to form a flower.
Then, place them on a tray with non-stick paper and brush them with egg yolk. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until they are golden brown.
Finally, we serve them with a little powdered sugar.
