Cheese Twisters
Cheese Twisters Are one of my favorite appetizers. I can make them every week and I love taking them to work for a snack. You should try them too! I am sure you will like them very much.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
8 g of dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
200 ml of milk
150 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
200 g of strained yogurt
600 g of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
400 g of feta cheese
Method
At the beginning, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk in a bowl. Along the way, add the oil, egg, yogurt and mix.
Then, add about half the flour, the salt and work. Then, incorporate the rest of the flour to make a dough.
Then, put the dough in an oiled container, cover it and leave it for 45 minutes to rise.
When our dough is ready, shape it slightly, divide it into two parts, which we open into two sheets.
Spread the broken feta on one sheet while covering with the other sheet and cut into strips one finger thick.
Cut them in half and twist them, as shown in the video of the recipe.
We place them on a tray with non-stick paper and brush them with egg yolk. Finally, bake them at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until they are golden brown.
