Mini cheesecake | Baked Mini Cheesecakes | Easy Dessert Idea
Ingredients:
6-7 biscuits
40g melted butter
250g cream cheese
80g sugar
1 cup greek yogurt
Vanilla
2 eggs
Lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
Grind the biscuits and add melted butter. Add into the bottom of cup cake liners.
Add cream cheese into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and mix them.
Add yogurt and mix well. Then add flour and eggs one after one and mix well.
Pour the batter into cupcake liners. Heat the own 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Place the tray inside the Owen and bake the cup cakes for 17 - 20 minutes. Depends on your Owen. I baked for 17 minutes.
