Again here comes part 3 of this Rakhi Chocolate Series.....today we learn here to make mini chocolate cups and how to make delicious chocolate with this creations.

FOR MINI CHOCOLATE CUPS
🔴 INGREDIENTS
200 gm dark chocolate compound
paper cups mini size(according to u)
🔴 PROCESS
Melt the dark compound with double boiler method or microwave for 30 second.
Take 1 tsp melted chocolate in paper cup.
Spread with brush or small spoon.
Keep in fridge 1 minute.
Again do the same process and keep in set for 4- 5 minutes untill set.
Take out the mini cups from fridge and remove the paper slowly.
Mini chocolate cups are ready for making chocolate.😋🍫🤩
You can also store this in air tight container in fridge for later use.
FOR MAKING MINI CHOCOLATE GANACHE
🔴 INGREDIENTS
50 gm daal chocolate compound
100 gm white chocolate compound
4 to 5 tbsp milk
🔴 PROCESS
Take all ingredients in bowl .
Melt them untill mix n do not burn.
Cover with cling wrap.
Now keep in fridge for 2 hours or untill set.
Take out from fridge mix again and fill in piping bag.
Use any nozzle or N1 Rose 🌹 nozzle.
Now fill the ganache in each mini chocolate cups
Your mini chocolate cups are ready to eat but here we garnish the mini cups for looks and also the yummiest taste.

Almonds
Cashews
Red seedless cherry 🍒
Blue sugar sprinkles
Golden sugar sprinkle
Garnish with all written ingredients as per showing in vedio.
