✅Per piece chocolate wieght is 25 gram.
✅Price of per piece chocolate is 30 rs.
✅Per kilogram chocolate caksew balls chocolate price is 1200 rs.
✅Sell the chocolates according to peice,weight or volume.
🔴 INGREDIENTS(1 kg chocolate)
👉FOR MAKING CASHEW FILLING( 1KG)
2cup chopped cashew+1cup for coating
2 cup dark or milk chocolate compound
🔴 Method
Melt the chocolate then temper it and mix the chopped cashews and mix well.
Cling wrap and leave for a day or max untill set in fridge.
Take out from fridge and make a small size balls.
Coat the balls with chopped cashews.
Keep the cashew balls in fridge with covering by cling wrap till preparing the mini cups.
🔴 INGREDIENTS FOR MINI CUP (100 PIECES approx)
500 gm white chocolate compound
100 mini paper cups
1 Tsp size small spoon
Color full sugar sprinkles
🔴 Method
Melt the chocolate compound.
Temper it nicely.
Now take a small spoon filled half with melted chocolate.
Fill the paper cup and spreading according to shown in vedio.
Keep in fridge till set (it will be set in 5 minute).
Again take out and do the same for perfect cups and thickness too.
Again kerp in fridge for 5 to 7 minutes then take out from fridge .
Remove the paper slowly and your perfect mini cups are ready.
Take different types and colors of sugar sprinkles.
Dip the mini cups in melted chocolate as shown in vedio.
Then dip the mini cups in sprinkles.
Fill the chocolate cream or ganache in mini cups
Keep your cashew balls in each mini cups.
Your perfect mini cashew ball with mini cups are ready to bite....
