I’ve done a lot of grinding in my life and have 2 tips for Robert:

Robert is a man of few words lol. He's a great guy. Maintenance is one of the key things for your success and it shows by the dependability of your equipment. Moo moo cows! I'm surprised that you don't have a manure spreader.

Chris, if you use wrap on those hay bales instead of string you won't have that problem in the future. The worst thing about string if you don't pick it all up when you cut it, is when your cattle eat it. If it gets in their stomachs they can die! The strap is easier to see and pick up when you're feeding. Ask some of those old farmers you do work for.

Get a rake harrow for your tractor to rake out the strings. Even better, cut and remove the strings when you feed the bales.

I use to flush final drives etc out with diesel before refill get all old oil out.

It’s good to see that you have Robert helping you Chris! There’s a sanding pad that would probably work better on the Mulcher teeth, Chris and it has a special backing plate that mounts on a small grinder. I believe that we used a 40 grit pad and it really cut fast on tough metals! We did a lot of grinding on a metal called, Inconel! It’s a material that the plants what become it holds up to heat and different types of abrasive materials! Just thought I’d let you know about them! Just a probably 6” sanding pad that has a special locking nut that attaches to a small angle grinder and it’s easy to change out, I would just spin it off by hand! Probably at any hardware store too! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
