Can’t express how helpful your videos are. Doing up my second F56 (moved to an Auto) and getting the seats out will make restoring them so much easier (started with them in situ today and it was a no go). Thanks!

Thanks Mate, I was able to get that center fixture cover off WITHOUT breaking it!! 3 cheers and pint at the pub for you! Great job. Now i am looking to build a hinged cover to make a flat surface and cubbies underneath.

Rear seat angle to release them from the sides is about half way down from fully up.. around 45 degrees from look of it

Do you think it will be an issue removing seats with no heating and upgrading to carbon black seats which are heated. I presume the heating won’t work but wasn’t sure if plugs would be different.

No not at all. Just disconnecting power to avoid air bag issues and warning lights

What is that grill thing for on the floor under the seat at 5:17? It's under the other seat too, what is it? EDIT: I've found out now - subwoofers I didn't know were there after 16 months of owning my F56 lol!

What hapoens if you dont disconnect the battery before removing

When you unplug the seats you will get an airbag warning light that you will need a special device to switch off and you run the risk of setting off airbags as the seats have airbags in them
