Heather, turmeric with black pepper may help with your husband's joint pain and inflammation. You can make him a warm cup of golden milk before bed (1 c milk, honey to taste, 1/2 tsp ground turmeric and a good dash of black pepper). Wheat germ, chia seeds, hemp hearts are also really good for inflammation. I throw some in a smoothie or yogurt.

Bone Broth!!! Yes!!!! I make my own with a whole chicken, turmeric,garlic, ginger,onion, carrots, celery,squash.. crockpot it for a few hours.. shred chicken and save for tacos or burritos,blend the vegetables with the broth and put into ice cube freezer cubes.. every morning we heat up 3 of those cubes with equal part water... when i tell you how much it helps! My husband no longer takes acid reflux pills and we did not get sick when that bad sickness was going around this last time... the list of the things we noticed since doing this the last 4 months is amazing

Dyson vacuums are easy to fix. They are made to be fixed. We have replaced the clutch in our for the $40 off of Amazon. Super easy with KZfaq videos. We get cheap --sometimes free-- ones from garage sales or off market place and fix them and sell them to family or friends for the price of the repairs. Usually around $50.

Dyson is at bed bath and beyond and use a 20% coupon... for the price point Miele is far superior..

I have this same vacuum & I love it! It's suction gets up way more than any other that I have ever had. The sub bar looks delicious! It's a great idea too. Def going to use this on one of our days of planning..that dressing that you have that is French and really dark orange is what we call Catalina actually Kraft calls it that lol..but I love it too..my favorites i suggest trying are Kens RaspberryWalnut Vinagrette..great for Keto..and Kens Honey Mustard. I actuallyuse it for salads and dipping chicken nuggets etc...I thoroughly enjoy your channel!! Love everything you post!! P.S. Dad is sooo right abt Olive Oil helping his inflammation..also Salmon is good for 🍒 🍓 🫐 (cherry..and berries) & oranges 🍊 Banana 🍌& Tomatoes 🍅 ♥️...but def get him some Turmeric pills..they help w it & reduces stiffness, and inflammation & pain!
