Hi Jan, How many Official Classes do exist from Tamiya in the US? Is there a class that forbids any modification/cutting/glueing etc? Also what about Japan? Thanks for your time
@Z3NBluster7 жыл бұрын
This question is a bit complicated to answer. When Tamiya USA organizes a race it is typically divided into three categories. Box Stock, Super Stock, and Modified. Tamiya USA follows the rules on their website mostly and the only thing outlawed is Lithium Ion batteries because of how dangerous they are. In Japan, for the BIG Japan Cup races there are three classes. Junior Class, Open Class, and Champions Class. All of those use normal rules. But there are battery and motor limits in all three categories. If you want specifics for the Japan Cup rules you'll have to do that on your own. I can't read Japanese :P But if you want to look at Tamiya USA rules. The rules are easily found on their website.

What is the gear ratio for the kit?
@neilandrei2346 жыл бұрын
I like the way you name your Mini 4WDs. Tyene can be faster than Dolores, but Dolores maintains more than your Super 2 Tyene.

Nice build tho. High grade parts gets more expensive here in the philippines. The HG popsicles can range up to 480pesos. 😭 I need to attend more races.

@Z3NBluster5 жыл бұрын
I don't remember, it is either 3.5 or 3.7:1. Change gear ratio depending on track conditions.
