Because this receiver has 6 EQ settings (Nor, Pop, Roc, Jaz, Clas, & Cut,) I did not need to include any crossover/filters, nor did I have much room in the cabinet for them anyway. I used Pop and Normal EG settings for most of my testing and listening. The receiver does remember what source and EQ setting you used before powering down.
2 Little gripes: The included wires for the amp are extremely thin gauge wire. Be careful working with and soldering them. Also, I had Bluetooth connectivity issues and glitchy sound from the flashdrive on the first Amp/Media Player I installed. Something was wrong with the digital side (DAC?) of this amp, but the FM radio and aux. input worked fine. Parts Express offered a refund or replacement, so I switched it out with a new one and have had no more issues.
