At last our railway visits have started. We have been a bit slow getting out to visit the smaller railways of Great Britain.
We hope you enjoy our first railways for 2024. Ok we have kept you up to date with what has happened at our club over the last four months.
Hopefully the visits will come thick and fast from now until the end of the season. We have some good ones planned for you all. Keep watching.

It is set in a beautiful location miles from Tiverton. Such a friendly crowd, we enjoyed every minute. We loved how the moss had grown over the banks and trees, lovely. Best wishes Chris

Thank you for your kind comment. Rosie enjoys driving any steam loco's, you could also persuade her to have a go on a battery one as well lol! It was a shame that she only had one lap of the track on that class 4, she would have got used to the loco and gradients better. It really is a lovely track site in a lovely setting. Chris is still trundling round the country capturing places like this on film, a watchable Wikipedia of small ride behind steam ...splendid stuff.

Thank you Mark, yes still at it. The videos get less every holiday so we must be heading in the right direction. Fingers crossed we make a big dent in the outstanding ones this year. Best wishes Chris

@@wooltman There's actually some private ones near me, understandably though they need to remain off-grid. I remember you saying you still haven't done the Bluebell's extension. Sir Nigel G. is the guest at the Autumn gala this year if you want to come down.

hi you'd be welcome to visit me & the other members at North London Society of Model Engineers [st albans] if you haven't already got it booked in. We've got everything from Narrow gauge 16mm up to 7 1/4 inch and a small boating lake too. lots of public days coming up
