You need to spray some starting fluid in the front intake and light it with a lighter. That would be a good video.

Nice model kit. Comes with a lot of parts and screws. Remember, the real thing got lots of cooling trough the hot parts, this tiny stuff would melt in seconds. The simplest little Rc jet would be much more efficient than this until it comes to a specific size.

Bearings look loose in their housings. Use bearing fit. Threadlock all screws into metal female threads. Just a little detail that will save the project......

The intricacies of building this in actual form cannot be done in a kit and while there are small jet engine you can build they are quite simplistic compared to this. Just balancing the turbo fans properly is not something to be accomplished so easily in a home setting. These would more likely explode and cause serious injury or death.

А зачем? Это всего лишь макет большого ТРД с приводом от элетродвигателя. Не более того. А вот настоящие рабочие ТРД в таком размере - это действительно серьёзная вещь. Но у них нет такого количества ступеней компрессора или турбины. Они намного проще устроены. Зато работают.

Nice, but extorsive cost. At about twice the cost, you can get a real, working, functioning jet engine and build a jet-powered RC model airplane. An electric-motor driven replica shouldn't cost anywhere near that.

There are commercialy available working turbines available used to fly radio controlled models. There have also been working turbofans made by modellers although they tend to be larger than this kit.
