ちょうどF100エンジンを見たかったので助かります。F110の方も良いですが、こっちも良いですね。死ぬまでにはエンジンノズルの中に入ってみたいです。死んだときでもいいです。

アフターバーナー使用時はジェット燃料を毎秒(毎分ではない)10リットル以上必要になるそうなので、作戦空域でもほぼ使わないそうですね。

F16にはノズルにカバー付いてますが、 F15には付けないんですね。

Ｆ−１５は、双発で間隔が近いから振動しちゃうらしいですね（カバーが脱落しやすいみたい）😅

Each engine is just over 93,000 horsepower in full afterburner mode. Almost 200,000 horsepower total.

One HP being 550 foot-pounds per second, 200,000 hp is 110,000,000 foot-pounds/sec, which would mean 110,000 pounds thrust at 1000 feet/sec (near mach1)....or 38,000 pounds thrust near mach 3 ...soo...????

I believe the day will come when Earth becomes a type 1 or 2 civilization on a Kardashev scale, so robots will do routine maintenance. It will be quicker, more reliable and efficient. It is tough being a type 0.7276 on the Kardashev Scale.
