That place is in Okinawa, Japan. It was only 10 minutes away by car from the place I used to live. I've moved since and it is 1hr away by car now so I haven't been there over a year. Indeed that was great spot to ride. Decent pavement and very low traffic :)

Did you need to put risers to make it work?

It's been a while so I can't recall if I used raisers though, I think I didn't. If I did, it was probably just 3mm shock pads.
