Estimated Budget semi finished 1.4m -1.7m kaya naman po, price po ay nagbabago depende sa Location, and labor cost and materials sa isang lugar. salamat.

Wow😍😍😍 I just bought a small lot (120sq. m.) and I find this plan/ design so perfect for thw lot. Budget na lang ang kulang🤣🤣🤣 Kaya natin yan self. Mag-iipon pa tayo🙏🙏🙏

I LOVE this design, with your permission I would love to actually build this one day. Well, when I have the finances to build my own house that is. Though I might convert both first floor bedrooms into an office and a gym.

Very neat design. However, the big balcony is accessible only through the master bedroom? That might not be so practical. But the rest is awesome.

Nature of subdivision Mass housing and townhouse/row house style ng mga bahay. PROPERTY: With existing town house on a corner lot. Pag kaka pangit Ng pagkakagawa. Minadali at di maganda ang finish ☹️. DETAILS 6.5 x 8 sqm lot area with 1m on the left( main road ) and 0.5 m on the front (secondary road) and corner lot sya. With adjacent house on the left and back(fire wall) 2 floors with rooptop (3rd floor) and all functional.
