Dermatologists says alpha arbutin should be applied on dry skin so that it can penetrate faster and then top it up with other serums for double up the results or just moisturizer with actives but avoid AHAs BHAs to not get reaction on sensitive skin

Yes, but this particular formulation has hyaluronic acid in it as well which works better on damp skin! Hope this helps.

Though it has Hyaluronic acid, I don't think we should apply actives on damp skin as it may irritate the skin

Hey, In my experience I saw better results when applied on damp skin than dry. Also, the product absorbed easily & didn't leave any sticky feel post application which happened when I used this product on dry skin. Just sharing what worked for me better!

Hey, would suggest to apply niacinamide at night and alpha arbutin in the day time followed by a sunscreen so that your skin doesn’t get overwhelmed and compromised

Hey, since both alpha arbutin and vitamin c are active ingredients, I would suggest you to not use them together back to back. Use Vitamin C in the morning and alpha arbutin at night time!

I always find alternating between Minimalist's Alpha Arbutin, Niacinamide & Salicylic Acid to work best for hyperpigmentation. But for moles, you might need to see a doctor as it may indicate an internal health issue

Yes, you can! But this might also cause compromised skin barrier and skin irritation in some people... if that occurs, Try alternately using them on different days

No i didn't, because my skin is used to active ingredients. You can try using it alternative nights to avoid extreme purging.

You are not supposed to use it with damp skin it cancels out the alpha arbutin

Hi, since this particular Beminimalist Alpha Arbutin serum is formulated with hyaluronic acid, it is perfectly suitable to be used on damp skin as it helps in better absorption & water retention. It works well for me this way! Also using hyaluronic acid incorporated products on non-damp/dry skin can inversely dry out the skin, doing more harm than good. Hope this helps! 👍🏻

It helped in evening out the skintone ever so slightly! Not major difference..... I will soon be doing a video on products that helps to achieve even skintone & rid hyperpigmentation.... so stay tuned 😉😊

Yess u can use it daily if ur not feeling any sensitivity issue , I'm using it too, currently using salicylic acid facewash for acne, then in damp face layering it with alpha arbutin serum for dark spots, then layering it with moisturiser & tbh so far it's working nicely, and yeah make sure u apply a moisturizer after applying serum especially during this time ( winters) it'll be more effective also depends on skin type too as I've combination skin so it's working for me although it'll take some time i guess
