I thank the Lord I’m no longer an angry mom that yells. Not perfect with my tongue, but with spiritual maturity I’m not what I was. So thankful!

I think it's realizing you're problem/struggle with it, figuring out where the root is (the WHY), and then being aware and disciplined to change it! Through prayer, asking the Lord for help, and being diligent and focused on walking in His ways-- you'll get there! XO

Me and my hubby were just talking about this and how were all going to work together on our anger issues this coming school year. Its sad, I'm Greek he's Irish, we both can get some rage. My 7 yr old son has pretty extreme spells of just major tantrums. A therapist is coming to our house three times a week once school starts. But God can transform anyone so I know we can do this and He will give us the strength and grace 💗🙏

@thatcrazychiknextdoor258 I'd like you to know that the Lord has changed me from an angry mum that my precious little boy was scared of to a fairly ordinary-level of stress mum. God has restored my son's trust in me. He no longer hides from me when he's having a challenging time. He is learning to control his own emotions, his hitting and scratching (me and himself) has stopped. He's basically a happy-go-lucky little seven year old now. God changed our hearts and he can change yours too. God bless you x

I'm so glad I found your channel. I am new to being a pastor's wife and I struggle with so many aspects of my sinful nature. It took me a while to realize that God did not make a mistake, so now I'm trying to fully submit to Him and my husband and to be a more godly woman and wife. Your channel definitely helps me so much in this journey, especially whole living in this fallen world and all the wrong messages you receive on a daily basis. Keep up the good work, not for those nasty trolls, but for people such as myself that is trying and need to hear the truth. ❤

Thank you Heidi, this has gone much deeper for me. Often I feel I need to make a situation better by saying something appeasing when I really should just keep quiet. I realise after listening to this segment that it in a way that’s not being truthful. And I’ve never thought of it that way before. Thank you , 🙋🏼‍♀️🇦🇺

I am a Marine Veteran. This is one of my biggest areas of sin. Cursing and cutting people down was just a way of the Corps. Its pathetic how disgusting my words were. The Lord has helped me with not hurting others with my words but boy the first time my anger is flared or i experience pain my mouth flies open and cursing vile words fly out. Lord help me and convict me so I give this up.

Ooh that happened to me today at work! I lost my temper and thankfully I walked away from the customer that I was dealing with, my co-worker stepped in to handle it, and thankfully the back room was empty of humans because I let out a massive stream of obscenities! It is definitely something I really REALLY need to work on. (For reference, during the summer, I work retail in a tourist shopping mall. During September thru June, I am a teacher)

I feel the exact same about soda and most fast food - it's not sustenance it's chemicals! I refuse to normalize those things in my family now that I have my own children. Especially soda it is literally the worst thing you could choose to quench thirst. It's like slow poison. Sadly I live in a town where you can't even get a grilled chicken or a salad at fast food places where most anywhere else they have them. I'm in a small town in TN, and when I ask why they can't even put a grilled chicken sandwich at least on the menu, they say they never sell them there's no demand. It's the most frustrating thing! Last year my parents built a green house and got chickens- what a blessing! I go up there and get fresh stuff. Anyways, I really need this teaching thank you!

Hi great message! Question as a parent, have you found yourself in a situation in church where one of your children had no filter and said something they shouldn’t say or were too loud? And when this happens, is it ok to gently place your hand over their mouth to teach them to be quiet? Have you had to do this?

I've done putting my finger over my lips in a shushing motion- or even putting my finger over their lips in a "shushing" motion to remind that it's time to use a lower voice. :) I also will often go up and quietly say, or whisper into their ear, reminders. ;) That seems to help! XO

Jesus told Nicodemus you must be born again by water and spirit. Acts 2:38 teaches how to be saved and every believer in the book of Acts was saved by water baptism in Jesus name and the in filling of the holy Ghost.

Im really trying to love your teachings, but you just said "the sinner's prayer is garbage". You know Ive been walking with the Lord many years...I have been through hard times where I have fallen away because of sin. I dont want to turn away from Him and I fight everyday. Sometimes I say that sinners prayer over and over. I prayed that prayer when I was 5 or 6 years old and I remember it vividly. It meant something. Even as a baby
