IF YOU DO NOT, and you click the serter before removing the needle guard, the Needle guard will STAY WITH THE TUBE & PULL THE INFUSION SET AND TUBE FROM THE NEEDLE, and the needle will stay stuck inside the primed serter… Ive already lost TWO INFUSION SETS IN A ROW because I followed THIS video here. So without clicking it in, press the infusion set into the serter, then while holding the needle guard edge with your finger, remove the adhesive pads, and THEN remove the needle protector... THEN CLICK IT IN, and infuse...

It was way too difficult to figure out how to disconnect this thing. Why make people turn it to remove? Unnecessarily difficult. I can't wait to stop using Medtronic products.
