When the Leman Russ' fire their Battle Cannon(which are ordnance) they could only snap fire their Heavy Bolter.

I would say before and after, while showing important stuff that happens if needed.(Needing a 6 to control an objective for a game winning point, needing a good roll to get the right run, things like that.)

Love your Heresy-content, it‘s just a pleasure! There was one possible big mistake, that may swung the hole game: The Militia-Vexilla counts as having caused an extra wound regarding CC results. So the Unit would‘ve stayed in combat with Curze!?

Honestly it depends on the battle. Mostly I prefer watching everything but sometimes it's just in everyone's best interest to do a before and after

Before/after movement phases are great as you tend to explain why each unit moved. Can squadrons split fire? Not that it made any difference! Look forward to seeing your thoughts on the new edition. From what I have seen so far it still has the crunch but smooths a few things out, and reactions look great.

man, the number of 1's (and 2's when he needed 3+) rolled by guest Josh was just nuts over the course of the battle. seriously rough luck there at least. 47 min in and its still up in the air, so I dunno how its gonna go..

Quick question: how do the Night Raptors in turn one have a 2+ Cover safe? Its NL turn one so they got a 5+, then its night fighting so they got stealth which gives them a 4+. Why do they get shrouded and wouldn't it be a 3+ then? Thanks for claryfying

The failed morale check after kurse killed that unit should have been rerolled. They were right next to a baneblade. They make units reroll failed morale within 24"

I like a mix. It's not such a big deal here. But in 9th ed I like seeing advance rolls and stuff IF they add to the tension. Like if you need to get x or higher in order to pull off something

The cover save mechanic was the dumbest thing about 7th edition and 30k in general. "how didnt I hit you with my blast directly over your unit?" "Ive got cover in open space"
