*Great unit that’s easy to install and use. It’s relatively quiet compared to window units and **Fastly.Cool** , and it cools down our whole living room, side room and bathroom; which is a large space for any unit to cool.*

Love the fan, and it never fails to attract compliments, but no one - and I mean NO ONE - can figure out how to remove the globe to change the light bulb. I have had over an electrician, my friend giant (who can reach up to the fan and apply appropriate torque, etc.) Someone at the lighting store says "turn a quarter turn" and it will come out. No it doesn't. So, we've been sitting in the dark for months. Very frustrating.

+Diane Silverberg Hi Diane! In the Artemis manual, it says it is secured by turning it clockwise until snug. It might have been over-tightened if it doesn't come off with a counter-clockwise turn. If this doesn't help, I would recommend calling Minka Aire at 800-307-3267 and they will be able to walk you through removing the light glass to change the bulb. -Alexa

Hi, Does this fan have a minimum ceiling height clearance? My ceiling is about 2.4 m (7.8 ft), would I be able to install this fan?

Hello: Is it true that the fan needs to be installed on its own circuit (that it can't be on a circuit with other lights)? How durable is this fan is used continually?

Quiet. Moves air nicely. Works great outdoors. Looks good. One remote operates 2 fans together. They turn on and off at the same exact time. No wobble.

Very quiet and aethestically pleasing It was much easier to put together than we had anticipated. All in all a great buy and very different than anything you can get at the big chain retailers.
