Ingredients:
For making dough:
• 200g rice flour
• 200ml warm water
For making Tomato Rice Flour Pasta:
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced green capsicum
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced red capsicum
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrot
• 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp red chili flakes
• 1-2 Tomato ketchup
• Salt to taste
• 5-6 curry leaves
• 2 tbsp oil
To make spinach pasta:
• Spinach puree
• 2 tbsp red capsicum
• 2 tbsp yellow capsicum
• 2 tbsp green capsicum
• 2 green splits green chilies
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tbsp oil
