Indian weightlifting sensation Saikhom Mirabai Chanu lifted a total of 202kg to bag a silver medal in the women's 49kg category. She is India's first medallist at #Tokyo2020.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games are taking place in Japan, from July 23, 2021 to August 8, 2021

Well not really her potential is way higher she us the wr holder in clean and jerk with 119kgs but she played a lil safe to secure the silver medal because going for gold could cost her the a medal she could end up being 4th

And pressure if Olympic is different as 116kg is Olympic record and many individuals surpass this in different competition.. It's whole a different competition especially for India ❤️

Tokyo 2020 has definitely brought a revolution for Indian sports, we didn't win many medals but our performance has been phenomenal in each nd every descipline. Everyday I watch this Clip atleast once. Millions of Indians are inspired by your SUCCESS, and I am one of them. I will definitely push my kids towards sports alongside studies. Thank you so much for being an inspiration for us.
