I think this guy is VERY near a lovely golf swing. He seems a little tense when he begins his takeaway but this is what I love about watching this channel. It really doesn't help me to watch pro's or former pro's swing golf clubs or do drills because we all know they are already much better players than any of us (or 99.9% of us). I love watching guys who look like they could play in the same league as I do because I know if it works for them, it might work for me! Keep up the great work fellows!

Cheers guys I have the exact same “late” sway in my swing. No pro has been able to sort it out. I finally managed to by: 1. Slowing down the tempo of the backswing, so that the momentum didn’t drag me off the ball 2. Concentrate on pushing into the floor with the inside of my rear foot during the backswing

Great Robert. Those slow swings can help create a change. Sometimes hip mobility is a factor.

Great lesson, I've been doing similar drills with my coach. It's amazing the difference in my swing from just focusing on getting the right body movement, the hands just follow and do their thing - no more casting the club!

Thanks Drew. Yes it's such an important part of the swing. A lost needs to be in place to allow the body to drive forward too.
