I'm curious and someone doubtless knows - since the walls look like brick under plaster/stucco - could they be power washed and then re-plastered or stuccoed? You've done another excellent job of cleaning up & clearing out a property. It scares me watching you hang precariously on a ladder though! Please be careful!

This spacious property has a lot of potential to become a beautiful home. I hope these men are wearing layers of protective clothing. They are so exposed to different creepers as they pick up these folliage.
