@@jamierocke OK yes, that’s definitely tiny! I lived in a 600sq ft condo and I thought it was small. Having a nice outside area definitely would make that livable though. Thank you!! Looking forward to more videos

Oh yes, for sure. I think when added together plus the HOA and mortgage that’s what puts it on the higher end, especially for Belize.

What is the monthly or yearly term for your mortgage? Also, did you have to make a down payment? If so, what is the typical percentage for a down payment in Belize?

As a first time homeowner I didn’t have to put a downpayment. My mortgage is for 15 years.

Hey sis, I absolutely love your vision and your house. I am American and I have shown it to many of my friends to give them an idea of what I am looking to build in Belize. The house has more of a modern feel which I’m use to and we have similar styles. I can’t lie, when I saw tiny house I said, Nah sis that is not a tiny house. Lol That’s the average size apartment complex in the US. 😂 But I just figured maybe you grew up in a larger home and felt it was a downsize. Please take no offense I am proud of you and would love to find out where I be can find an HOA community in Belize. I love more organized communities because honestly I am quite a neat freak 😂😂 Are you on Instagram? I’d like to show you some ideas I have mind. Tonya

🤭 it is quite spacious! Unfortunately I don’t have IG. But get a good architect! I really recommend Marlene. She is great at helping you achieve exactly what you want.
