Great episode Jamie I think this should be very helpful for young professionals to get an idea early in life even as an investment idea if not for personal use. Were you able to incorporate any cost saving environmental technology like solar for energy or water heating or are those technologies still significantly expensive for the tiny home scale of construction and living?
