The real Tamils... Am from here , Tamil .. Was there for a year.. Lived with these wonderful Tamil people colonies... They went from here around 200 or so years back mostly from Pondy & Chidambaram Zone....are living with much more pride than all of us... Feel so sad they have lost the language....but so deep rooted to were they are from.. Worship only lord Murugan & Vinayagar...no North Indian gods .... They are all called Hindu gods..😅 No calling , mummy daddy it is Amma appa , chithy , mama , & so.. attai all have a orthodox Tamil name... They address themselves as a Tamil first...not as that nations national & religion... Was so elated to be there... Such wonderful Tamil names for the girls...all lost here in this state of ours .☺️🤣🙂 Feel so proud even more once you had been there & back... Hundreds of Murugan Kovils... Tamil is being taught there to the children...teachers mostly from Lanka...😊👍
