Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

Yeah those bugged targeting machine gunners have a high kill count this tournament. I really hope to see it fixed because it feels like watching a rigged game when players with great strats are taken out by their own weapons shooting beyond their control

I just started playing Forts and was able to convince two of friends too. Playing online always felt super overwhelming, but watching your videos made me learn a lot of strategies and especially what I shouldnt do. Thanks for the years of great content I got to watch now and keep it up!!

The amount of bases I see that have a strut directly under the reactor with no building impeding it, if it were metal, would keep a base up. Amazes me it never gets done despite the stability it'd bring when the front of the base goes missing.

8:51 ... I wish they would slow the explosions down just a little bit, so there was a delay between the initial explosion and subsequent explosions caused by the initial explosion (so we could see the domino effect or cause and effect). I know explosions in real life are insanely fast and the game is good at capturing some great effects... but I always thought the explosions happen too fast compared to all the other kinds of damage. Explosions are the only things that don't happen in slow motion unless you count the blinding light alone. That always seems to hang around for an extended period of time.

Hi Incursus, and of course forts community, So I've been watching forts video for a few years now, always enjoy it but has been hesitated to play since it's been out for long, but always want to start playing. Can you tell me, aside from the pro league, is this game still have many player? Especially the beginner one 😅 Is it worth to start from now? I kinda familiar with the weapon upgrade path thanks to your video and the FPL gameplay, but gosh the speed of the pro players is challenging to compete.

what would you think about a commander whose active lets weapons reload much quicker, deal less damage but have much more force applied to the hits, attacking the structure itself rather than the vitals. my idea would be that it would collapse the ennemys forts through sheer newton overcharge thus deleting struts far into the base. the passive could make some type of materials take more damage and more resistant to stress overall

Can someone explain to me, why people don't do a core swing mid/late game to put the core behind and replace its place with weapons?

Also, because while you're doing a core swing you can't do anything else. So you're losing time, and also by the mid/late game you are almost certainly taking damage, which you cannot repair while performing a core swing.

Rebuilding the base at this stage is costly, takes a lot of time, while you are under a lot of pressure from your adversaries to keep defending. Plus core swinging early means you can build the base with the benefits of the core swing at the start, and not have to remove and replace everything like you would on mid game

I go back to rewatch old videos because they were creative. Consistent. Comedic. Damn near cosmic in views. What happened to a MILLION PLUS VIEWS MY GUY. WHAT. You have what it takes.
