The world of professional coaching has long been an exclusive one, reserved just for top executives. But what if it was available to everyone? And, perhaps more importantly, what if coaching didn’t just make you better at your job, but helped you find a balance to improve your whole life? This was one part of a unique approach that’s helped BetterUp revolutionize the world of coaching and is explored in this interview with Nasdaq’s Mission Driven. With a focus on hard data, scientifically-backed approaches and hands-on work between you and your coach, BetterUp is helping their clients achieve their goals in a way that lets them thrive at the office and at home!

How do you have success when your impact officer is mentally disturbed?

So nearly $500 pm for mentoring? Basically giving advice? 134% increase in team performance compared to what/when? You wanted to use 'science and reason', excellent...so why do you have an unqualified CHIMPO?

Oh wow, I was with you up until you got to adding Harry to your company. He is the same person who said he was ashamed that his wife was having suicidal thoughts. He had long been in therapy himself and she had her own handpicked team of OBGYNs looking after her then. Am I to understand he couldn't figure out a way of getting his pregnant suicidal wife some help? if that is your idea of the perfect "impact officer" for your company, then I feel sorry for your clients. Sorry, you lost me the minute he was introduced.

Harry decided to get therapy after a former girlfriend, Cressida Bonas - whom he dated for two years - voiced concerns about his mental health. Ms Brown says the prince sought the advice of his mother’s friend Julia Samuel, who had experience working as a bereavement counsellor in the NHS, and from MI6.
