How To Make Drill Powered Table Saw || DIY Mini Table Saw

In this video I make a drill powered table saw machine. A table saw is a woodworking tool, consisting of a circular saw blade, mounted on an arbor, that is driven by an electric motor. The blade protrudes through the top of a table, which provides support for the material, usually wood, being cut.

ótimo projeto. Fiz e ficou excelente. Porém é preciso determinar o tamanho do disco de serra porque o pequeno não dá altura necessária para serrar. usei o de 18cm de diametro

Nice build, a suggestion: one could mark scale on both sides of the table, it won't be necessary to align every time one moves the fence.

@@highway4275 У меня есть болгарка у которой регулируются обороты от 100 -6000об. но дрель там явно не катит ну если нет болгарки пойдет и дрель.

Is applying wood adhesive really necessary when wood is held by screws or nails? Does wood adhesive really stick 2 pieces of wood? I find it hard to believe white wood adhesive can stick 2 pieces of wood.

Parabéns pelo projeto, muito bom, só faltou disponibilizar as medidas. Contudo ficaram dúvidas, como: Até que espessura de madeira conseguiu cortar? Qual diâmetro do disco usou e que quantidade de dentes ele tem?

@@ubiratanoliveira692 Vou fazer a conversão de polegadas aproximadamente para milimetros, e te passo. Quantidade de dentes, é um Disco de 110 mm p Corte de Madeira.

@@nelsonmarquessantos2668 Agradeço novamente, desnecessário, pois traduzi a descrição do vídeo na íntegra. Quanto ao disco, achei pequeno demais, mas não considerei que pudesse ser de 110mm. A quantidade, qualidade e diversidade de medidas de discos de corte fora do Brasil é imensa.

@@ubiratanoliveira692 Verdade, mas é esse sim o do vídeo (tenho um) e por o tampo ser de 6mm, tem uma altura +/- 20mm. Vou colocar o de 7"1/4 (+/-18cm).

Seems the blade wiggle-ing when doing work, better to put a guide for the blade from a good steel. Also it need better holder for the drill to secure it in place. You dont want accidentally cut your finger or head when using this cool budget tools.

You did not show how the lifting mechanism works. Screwing in the knob to lift is shown but what caused the saw to lift was not clear. Can you please include a short clip in here?

The whole saw mechanism is fixed to the back with hinges. So when he unfasten the knob he can lift the saw up and down. Just turn the knob to fix at the desired height then.

La idea no está mal..., pero, el taladro es el eslabón débil, por donde se romperá la cadena. Ese taladrin tiene el estátor con hilo de aluminio... Al aumentar la carga, aumenta el campo magnético, cosa que no da lugar el hilo de Alu. No lo sometas a esfuerzos o te quedarás sin sierra 3n la primera tabla. Saludos.

Radial force on a cheap drill with bronze bushing -that will last long before it gets too much play and wobble . Motor with no vent holes that works in sawdust -great idea! Durability of this saw will be at least 50 years if it works 8h a day!
