theres actually 2 new barriers that are visible at that crossing, because the newer ones are cleaner, because i think in 2021, a truck collided with 2 of the barriers there

It is the rules of the RSA I read it in an RSA booklet. But I will admin I got ahead of my self it just came on and ur man was coming through in a big bus
