I have onyx neo. When I drop the earbuds in the case, the red lights are not turning on. The earbuds are not gettimg charged from the case. When I connect c type cable to chargeing case, even the case is not charging..

@@usermanuals3415 No. I did not find a solution yet. I claimed warranty and got a new product. But facing the same issue with that too. Many of them are facing this issue. I think the problem is because of charging it with high amps adapter. Because, it is mentioned as 500mA max inside the case's lid. First time I charged it with a low power adapter and it was working fine. But second time I charged it with another adapter(5V and 2A). After the removed the charger, the case started heating up and after half an hour, It stopped charging completely. It is manufacturing defect😕😑

@@justplayedit7422 Thanks for your support! I am contacting warranty to get a new product, but here in Brazil i will have to wait a very long time to receive it... Don't recommend this earbuds anymore.

From the manual: "How to reset two earbuds? Put two earbuds back into the charging case. After the red indicator lights go on for 5 seconds, hold the touch area for 8 seconds until the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately. Take two earbuds out then put them back and close the charging case. The earbuds will reset and restart with the default settings." That's all. Not that overwhelming.

@@MitchellMillennial They are pieces of shits, they will connect for about 30 seconds and then turn off and they won’t even charge to 100% since the first day I got them.
