Please remind your audience that Mits creates a barrier to using 3rd party Tstats. In heating mode, Tstat can’t be turned below 63 degrees, and cooling above 81 degrees. Because of this the unreliable Kumo system is my only choice. Mountain environment, part time living means I would waste so much energy if I could only turn the heat to 63. Learned this the hard expensive way. Limitation is not disclosed anywhere.

This is a great point. The most functionality you can get is with Mitsubishi specific controllers
