Yes that’s a really important ingredient!!! It will fail horribly if you use evaporated milk!!!!!

In both cases it is a similar manufacturing process, the aim being to evaporate the water contained in the milk and to concentrate the product. the only difference is that the evaporated milk is concentrated in vacuum tubes and consequently the evaporation takes place at a lower temperature (therefore without maillard reaction) and the condensed milk is done by the hatmaker process (Drum Dryer), process at high temperature which causes a maillard reaction (caramelization) and therefore the development of other aromas

The English translation should be sweetened condensed milk. Evaporated milk is a different thing.

War gerade dran das selbe zu sagen. Weil ich kenne nur dosen milch für mein Kaffee wenn ich in Deutschland wohnte. Erst in Australian habe ich süße dosen milch kennen gelehrnt. Hier machen die Australians ihren Käse kuchen damit. Philly und süße milch.

Das Eis sieht sehr lecker aus. Alleine die Kondensmilch (Milchmädchen) schmeckt soooooo lecker. Wenn sie nur nicht so viele Kalorien hätte........😋😋😋😋😋😋

Müsste es eigentlich nicht mit xylit zucker gehen? Ich mein milch kochen mit xylit zucker müsste doch dann selbes Prinzip werden wie Kondensmilch

@@anonymanonym5154 Nein, mit Xylit kristallisiert es aus. Es muß wirklich Milchmädchen sein, nur dann wird die Konsistenz richtig gut. Und man muß ja nicht alles auf einmal essen, das sind ja ca. 800ml Eis. Eine normale Portion für einen Erwachsenen sind so ca. 200ml.

Ich habe es nachgemacht und mann braucht 12 Stunden damit es fest wird und mann muss zwischendurch rühren damit keine eiskristalle entstehen aber wenn es fertig ist schmeckt es wie Calypso in Polen 😊

If you mix that sweetened condensed milk & half & half & vanilla flavoring together & put in a small ice churn, you will have ice cream in 20 to 30 minutes.

La que usa en el vídeo es LECHE CONDENSADA. Me imagino que no se sabe los nombres, pero si le pongo leche EVAPORADA, me quedaría SIMPLE. Voy a ocupar LECHE CONDENSADA.

I use half & half, if you use heavy whipping cream & beat it, you will end up with butter in your ice cream, I did it one time...yuck. Also use sweetened condensed milk & vanilla flavoring. Mix together & freeze or put that in a small electric ice cream churn. It is delicious.

500 ml = 16.67 fl oz or 2 cups I downloaded a app onto my phone because I really needed help with conversions. I hope I was a help. I kept asking the authors of the recipes and no one would respond. 😀
