Tomato juice - 250 ml / 1 cup
Vegetable oil - 180 g / 1 cup
Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Cup - 250 ml
Mold diameter 20 cm / 8 inches
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 40 minutes
