Soft and fluffy MUFFINS! super tasty and disappears in an instant !!
✔ ingredients:
2 eggs
pinch of salt
8g of vanilla sugar
150g of granulated sugar
80ml of oil
170ml of milk
50g corn starch
200g of flour
2 tablespoon Bitter cocoa
8g of baking powder
chocolate chips
⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊
✔ المكونات:
2 بيض
القليل من الملح
8 غرام سكر الفانيليا
150 غرام سكر حبيبات
80 مل زيت
170 مل من الحليب
50 غرام نشاء الذرة
200 غرام دقيق
2 ملاعق كاكاو مر
8 غرام من البيكنج بودر
حبيبات الشوكولاته

Made this today. I substitute eggs with yogurt. My batter are slightly thicker but once in the oven it comes perfect. Thank you for the recipe.
