In the theme "You will be happy" with the result, this recipe should appeal to the whole family! It's a success here! Recipe made with flour and tomatoes (the garnish is not mandatory - but it's so good with it)! A delicious meal! Recipe for 4 people. I use flour made from ancient (unmodified) grains. Good tasting !

I made these with sweet peppers instead of onions, and they were a huge hit in my home. I also drizzled Thai Chile Paste on top of the cream cheese and used coconut aminos in place of soy sauce for a different flavor.......simply delicious. Incredible way of using up tomatoes. My wife and I are making this today for my family’s D&D snack when we meet up this afternoon! So stoked about these. 🥰 The dough is on its second proof. I added some Italian herbs, garlic and onion powder, plus a bit of sea salt and pepper. To the filling, I added a bit of grated parmesan and some of the same seasonings I used in the dough, minus the Italian herbs. It smells amazing in here and we haven’t even started cooking them! 😂 I am very grateful for you and for sharing this recipe, you have a new subscribe from me. Thank you, and I hope you have a great weekend! 💜

i did not find the directions anywhere so i tried to copy the text from each part of the video (i would drizzle these with pesto when serving, and maybe include ricotta in the filling. )Blend tomatoes in a food processor or with an immersion blender Add yeast and stir Add flour and stir to blend, then knead And let rest in bowl 15 min Knead 1 minute Let stand 30 min. Punch down and roll out into large rectangle Optional stuffing 6 spring (green) onions , finely chopped 1 cup cream cheese Mix together and spread on rolled out dough Roll up into long snake Sprinkle with flour and spread flour to cover surface Cut into 8 segments Let stand 30 minutes covered Put in steamer pan (cylindrical, not spherical) which has parchment in the bottom let rest covered 30 minutes "Steam 12 min" Then saute’ for 2-3 minutes on each side One comment suggested: I made these with sweet peppers instead of onions, I also drizzled Thai Chile Paste on top of the cream cheese and used coconut aminos in place of soy sauce for a different flavor.

This is great, love the tomatoes. Only one suggestion is to proof the yeast separately and your dough will have more flavour and feel nicer after steaming.
